Practice Fusion, the country's largest physician-patient community, today announced a new integration between its free, web-based EHR solution and two cutting-edge medical device companies,AliveCor Inc. and Diasend. This first-of-its-kind partnerships allow health care providers who use the AliveCor® Heart Monitor to receive real-time ECG recordings and users of the diasend® System to receive glucose/insulin reports directly within Practice Fusion's EHR, providing a more complete picture of their patient's health and enabling them to more effectively manage the increasing burden of cardiac disease and diabetes care in the U.S.
